The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with www.blxs.co.id web store, website, and mobile website or via telephone (Jointly referred to as www.blxs.co.id).
By using www.blxs.co.id and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the Terms). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order. By placing an order you are accepting the www.blxs.co.id terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the www.blxs.co.id terms and conditions, we suggest you to stop using our web store www.blxs.co.id. The inclusion of any products or services on www.blxs.co.id at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you.
PRICES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed at www.blxs.co.id are inclusive of Tax (in Indonesia) but do not include delivery charge. Prices, shown on www.blxs.co.id are in Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR). Prices may change without any notifications. International deliveries may incur additional Taxes or Duties; we recommend you contact your local customs for more details. PLACING AN ORDER
The ordering options available to you are via www.blxs.co.id. Please visit our F.A.Q. page for further information. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a www.blxs.co.id representative will contact you to settle the refund.
DELIVERY
www.blxs.co.id endeavors to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. For future information please visit our Shipping & Handling page. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any representations made as to delivery times are within the areas stipulated by us and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be liable. EXCHANGE OR RETURN
You may exchange or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 days after the date you place the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will exclude the cost of the exchange or return of the items to www.blxs.co.id, should such return cost have been generated. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order; the order cost will be recalculated and partially refunded. If you wish to exchange or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel, or via email to help@blxs.co.id Customer Service. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receiving your returns, provided we have received the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.
www.blxs.co.id guarantees a full refund or if you prefer, to replace any returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. Shoes should always be returned in the same box they were delivered, and the shoe box must be protected and put inside a solid cardboard box, preferably the original packaging. Shoes returned without the box may not be fully refunded. For hygienic reasons underwear, swimwear, bodice or pierced jewelry can only be returned if unworn and the protecting packaging is unbroken (faulty goods can of course be returned). All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. When we have approved your returned item, the return cost will be deducted from your refund. Please remember that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund. For faulty items www.blxs.co.id will make a full refund to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items.
Pease note all www.blxs.co.id sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or credited.
PAYMENT
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below. Credit card or debit card. You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. www.blxs.co.id reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
PAYPAL
When paying by PayPal, www.blxs.co.id reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there is enough funds to cover the purchase sum, and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. www.blxs.co.id reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.
GIFT CARDS
Please note that we accept www.blxs.co.id Gift Cards as forms of payments via www.blxs.co.id
BANK TRANSFER
Payment should be made strictly within 48 hours (2 days) after check out. We will automatically send an invoice to your email. If you do not transfer and confirm your order within 48 hours (2 days) after check out, your orders will be automatically canceled. You can order again but we cannot guarantee your order availability.
Payment confirmation should be made strictly after you paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by filling the Confirm Payment. Keep your order number so you can confirm your order.
You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card.

OUR LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit www.blxs.co.id liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability. www.blxs.co.id is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on www.blxs.co.id shall be limited to the total price of your order.
COLOUR
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
GUARANTEE
If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, via www.blxs.co.id, if you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by using the provided pre-printed return form.
SEVERANCE
If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.
OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at www.blxs.co.id remain with PT. Bo Michael Olsson Indonesia and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of www.blxs.co.id or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of www.blxs.co.id
