BLXS web store (www.blxs.co.id) encourages you to read our Terms and Conditions before purchasing or placing orders to our Web store. We may change our Terms and Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to our Terms and Conditions, we suggest you to stop using the Web store, by placing an order you are accepting the www.blxs.co.id contract and Terms and Conditions.
How do i shop or place an order?
Start by browsing through the web store. Our web store has two gender options men’s and ladies, to find a specific garment or item you can either browse through categories or brands. When clicking a product thumbnail, a detail page opens for that specific product. To add a product to your shopping cart you must first select a size. All sizes are displayed but only available sizes for purchase are clickable. When you have chosen a size you can click the Add to shopping cart button, or if this item is of interest to you can add it to your wish list.
The product has now been added to your shopping cart. When you checkout for the first time you create a password-protected account with us. We will then immediately send you an email, you will need to click on this link or copy and paste it in your browser, for full site access.
To make shopping as easy as possible, we will save your name and delivery address for the next time you visit our web store. If you would like to change your details at any time, it is easy to do so in the My Account, which is also home to your wish list and where you can track the status of your orders in Order History.
Do I need an account to order?
You can order as a guest but we recommend you to register an account so you can make a faster checkout and payment and you don’t have to retype your address every time you want to purchase our products.
You can create an account by entering your personal details and a password the first time you check out. Your name and delivery address will then be saved for the future. We accept online payment with MasterCard, VISA or PayPal, or you can pay by invoice.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you can. You are able to pay in our web store in IDR and PayPal (www.paypal.com) in USD. Both are processed after clicking Confirm Order button.
Finally, you will be directed to a confirmation screen. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number. If you have any questions about your order contact the firstname.lastname@example.org Customer Service team as soon as possible, they will be happy to hear from you.
Can I pay with ATM?
Yes you can pay using ATM, simply follow the payment options, make the payment at the ATM and send us the proof of payment to email@example.com we will then send you a confirmation of payment via email and dispatch your purchase for delivery.
Can I add items after I check out?
Unfortunately, you can’t, because after checking out your order is recorded.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Click Forgotten Your Password? link at the Sign In Page and follow the instructions.
How can i check my order delivery status?
You can see the status of your order and track it in Order History in the My Account section and click the link in the Airway bill Number.
I made a mistake? You can return or exchange your order within 14 day. All we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags on and packaging. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodice and pierced jewelry cannot be returned. Items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our physical stores. Please read our Exchange & Return Section in Terms & Conditions.
How long until you process my order?
We start to process your order as soon as you place it to make sure that you receive your items as quickly as possible.
I would like to order Sold Out items. Is it possible?
Some Sold Out items we may produce again, but if you want to try to request it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org Customer Service team and tell us what product you want. We may be producing it, or perhaps the items are available in our stockiest. We will be happy to help you!
How do I define my size?
We have a very helpful size guide you can refer to, which will help you to measure yourself to get the right size; most of our products are available in sizes Small, Medium, Large and X Large. However for some other products, we might have smaller or larger size. We will notify on the product page available sizes.
Can I get my order earlier?
Yes you can! If you want to get it earlier (earliest within 1-2 days after you confirm the payment) please choose EXPRESS Shipping upon the check out.
Does BLXS Ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can ship to another address, but if you want to ship to 2 or 3 addresses, you have to make 2 or 3 separate orders.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately, you can’t. We can only ship the order to the address written.
I haven’t received my order; it has been late for a couple of days. Where is my order?

Is my personal information kept private?
blxs.co.id guarantees to keep all of the information you’ve provided private and safe. We will not disclose it to other parties.
I have received my package. Unfortunately, there is some defect in the product. What should I do?
The garment I received does not fit me well (It is too big or it is too small). What should I do?
Don’t worry; you can exchange it to other size or item. If currently there are no items that you wish to buy, you will receive a non-expiry store credit with the amount you have purchased. Note that the shipping fees will not be compensated by us.
How to exchange or return an item?
Can I exchange or return sale item(s)?
Yes you can. Please kindly send us reason why you want to return or change it with photo (if it damage) to Info@blxs.co.id
